A large pair of tusks, engraved with a pair of complimentary engravings. The engravings are in the form of  crests of a knight on a rearing horse brandishing an umbrella. Across the top, in stipple engraved text and contained with-in a swag, the caption WALRUS TUSK FROM THE ARCTIC OCEAN. In a heraldic device the initial D on one tusk and the letter H on the other.

Undated but stylistically early nineteenth century.
